Tehnebrae has learned he can teleport at will, though he does not yet know the extent of that power, distance and if he can teleport other. He can also sheath himself in a strange bluish armor, his hands shifting to claws and terribly strong. The armor itself increases strength and speed, and has a high resistance to weapons of any kind. He learned this while in a battle with Vasis' twin, Cirys Stormfyre, who angered him right after Tehn discovered he had made Vasis leave and try to kill himself.
NOTE
: With the taking of the collar, Tehn is now in control of the angel and demon inside him, no longer the other way around, and as such, he can call their individual powers to the fore and use them as he will. His eyes will change with the power he harnesses, but his mind will remain his own. All weaknesses still apply to the alignment he employs.
Recently, while Tehn was living in the ruins with Vasis, his student and lover, they discovered what Tehn truly is...nothing more than a Truce between the arch angel and arch demon who reside in the form of the man known as Tehnebrae. They created the body as part of some punishment they must endure and while hammering out the details of said truce, they took parts of themselves and formed the mind of Tehn to watch over and take care of the body, a glorified house-sitter. More to the point, Vasis knows this, Tehn does not. When the angel finally explained all to Vasis, the young empath was displeased to say the least; the angel could not understand the boy's anger and formed an emotional void over Tehnebrae, forcing him to walk away from Vasis. Vas took this badly and tried to kill himself, though his Jewel brought him back. It was then that Serafelle, who had shielded the others in the mesh from Vasis' attempt, approached him, took him to her temple, and accepted him as a Pleasure Priest.
Tehn, who finally was given back control of his body, found himself alone in an unknown area, thinking Vasis had gotten smart and left him, which hurt all the more, as Vas was the only one who had ever wanted Tehn to stick around, problems and all. Heartbroken, desolate and utterly crushed, Tehnebrae had no idea what to do next.
About a week after Vasis tried to kill himself, Tahmas, High Priest of Serafelle, helped Vasis find Tehnebrae again, with the idea to help the two young lovers... all Tehn had to do was agree to don a collar, specifically made to bind the entities within him. Tehn agreed only because he would be able to stay with Vasis, and Vasis, who revealed Tehn may disappear at any moment, did not want Tehn simply ceasing to exist. Because Vas truly meant it, Tehn took a collar. After a brief battle that insued once the entities knew what had happened and took control of the body again, and after Cirys showed up to nab Vasis at the same time, Tahmas took Tehnebrae and Vasis back to Sera's temple, where they could be alone.
In a different twist, Tehn has taken Vasis Ebonwind, once a chaste priest-in-training and fellow empath, as a student. Vasis' sanity is highly questionable at times, if existing at all, due to untrained experimenting with his wild empathy. Tehn hopes to help the young man gain control and sanity, and Tehnebrae's methods, very hands-on, suit the young man just fine. Tehn, as read in the updates, now thinks Vasis has left him alone in a place he does not know, and wants nothing to do with the Truce anymore... which is like a dagger in Tehn's heart. Fortunately, Tehn and Vas have since straightened things out and Tehn confessed his love for Vasis, who genuinely returns the emotion, unlike anyone else in Tehn's past... and Tehn is not about to let that slip by.
